Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Senior Network Operations Engineer (Tier 3/4 – MS NOC). This role leads complex troubleshooting and operational decision‑making, acting as the final escalation layer and ensuring strong alignment with stakeholders. The position drives innovation and continuous optimization of network and security services, while supporting execution coordination and overall team effectiveness within the MS‑NOC Services framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise network operations or engineering
- Demonstrated autonomy at operational maturity level 4 or higher (expert / proactive)
- Proven experience overseeing multi-region operations (e.g., Europe, APAC, North and South America) with end-to-end visibility
- Strong exposure to ITIL-aligned operations (incident, problem, change management)
