Overview

2nd/3rd line network support role in the payments industry. TNS seeks a Technical Support Network Engineer (Operations) to bring troubleshooting skills to complex technical challenges. The role covers escalation support to TNS Financial markets, Payment markets and core network infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support resolution of escalated service incident tickets; support major incident management; incident root cause analysis; problem management resolution.
  • Network maintenance.
  • Providing on‑call support (rota based) and occasional out of hours work.
  • Support for disaster recovery activities.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support to TNS Global Service Support Centre technicians.
  • Support evolution of documentation and processes.
  • Short‑term impact mitigation, complex fault analysis, service and design improvement.
