Job Purpose:
Providesmoderate design, full configuration, and full support for complex data, storage, and/or video networks, which will include network security technology.Demonstrates subject matter expertise in at least one of these disciplines to be able to handle most design questions and all but the most challenging support issues in TD SYNNEX's complex global environment, while delivering exceptional responsiveness, quality and reliability.Makes effective use of all resources, including support contracts, to securely and effectively solve problems, and also provides technical guidance to more junior engineers.Proactively engages with vendors and partners to explore ways to further optimize TD SYNNEX services for reliability, performance and efficiency.
