Job Description
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, datacenter, cloud, and internet environments Ensure network availability, performance, and capacity planning to meet SLA and business requirements Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures Execute change, patching, and upgrade activities in accordance with change management processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Cloud teams) to deliver technical solutions Support regulatory compliance (e.g. MAS TRM), audit reviews, and security hardening initiatives Work with vendors and service providers for implementation, troubleshooting, and support Support disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution activities Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives (e.g. scripting, infrastructure as code) Mandatory experience: 1.
