We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated safeguarding professional to join the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board as Senior Nurse Safeguarding and Public Protection (Band 8a). This senior leadership role provides expert advice, guidance and operational oversight to support the Health Board in meeting its statutory responsibilities across the full safeguarding and public protection agenda.

The role involves leading and developing safeguarding services across children's safeguarding, adults at risk, looked‑after children, domestic abuse, MAPPA, MARAC, Prevent and wider public protection, while supporting high standards of governance, assurance, partnership working and continuous improvement.
