Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company
- Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filing for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, eg. NS reservist claims
- Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
- Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance
- Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/ enhancement
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 tax submission
