Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the company
  • Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
  • Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filing for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, eg. NS reservist claims
  • Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors
  • Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance
  • Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/ enhancement

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 tax submission
