Roles and Responsibilities
1. Operational Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse end-to-end operational workflows across air freight, sea freight, haulage, and 3PL partners to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of service deviations.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further refinements.
2. Data Integrity & Diagnostic Reporting
- Own the accuracy and integrity of operational data within K-WEB and related systems.
- Move beyond standard reporting—diagnose trends, anomalies, and recurring exceptions; translate findings into actionable insights for management.
- Design and maintain operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into shipment volumes, on-time performance, and exception drivers.
