Job Description
Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams to handle the client's instructions on account opening, customer information maintenance and settlement operation Handle daily system operation tasks, ensuring smooth and stable performance of trading systems Monitor system processes, identify anomalies, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution Support client services team in troubleshooting system-related issues and ensure accurate escalation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, CS, Product) to enhance operational efficiency and process improvements Prepare daily operation work for related Department Members Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned
