Job Description
The Digital Channels is one of our key distribution channels. The Digital Channels has a global mandate and an enterprise-wide strategy for the Digital Channels across TDBFG. The aim of the channel is to deliver an exceptional, seamless, and effortless experience for customers and clients who manage their activities online. The Digital Channels is accountable for the digital strategy, customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses. Digital Channels Insights provides actionable insights through data analysis across several lines of business and functional groups including but not limited to product development, project management, digital marketing, and several other strategic partners.
