Responsibilities
- Define and adapt test strategies based on project scope, objectives, risks, and timelines.
- Lead the creation of detailed test plans, identifying testable scope, and aligning schedules with project plans.
- Contribute to project effort estimation and resource planning.
- Analyze project artifacts to derive testing scope.
- Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation actions.
- Own testing governance and act as the primary escalation point for testing‑related risks and quality issues.
Test Execution & Delivery
- Organize and lead test activities for internal and external teams.
- Design and execute functional component, end‑to‑end, and system integration test cases.
- Manage incident tracking and resolution throughout the test lifecycle.
