Senior or Lead Testing Services Consultant (Test Manager)

Responsibilities

• Define and adapt test strategies based on project scope, objectives, risks, and timelines.
• Lead the creation of detailed test plans, identifying testable scope, and aligning schedules with project plans.
• Contribute to project effort estimation and resource planning.
• Analyze project artifacts to derive testing scope.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation actions.
• Own testing governance and act as the primary escalation point for testing‑related risks and quality issues.

Test Execution & Delivery

• Organize and lead test activities for internal and external teams.
• Design and execute functional component, end‑to‑end, and system integration test cases.
• Manage incident tracking and resolution throughout the test lifecycle.
