Senior Paraplanner – Brighton (Hybrid) | IFA | Leadership & Technical Role

Work Type: Hybrid (Up to 2 days WFH once established), with flexibility (e.g. school runs) based on individual needs
Base Salary: Up to £56,000 & discretionary quarterly bonuses
Study Support: Paid first-attempt qualification exams + up to 2 study leave days
Progression Path: Clear track to Adviser role within 18–24 months, or senior specialist Paraplanning development
