Handle billing, payments, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally. - Referrals & Coordination
Facilitate referrals, follow-up arrangements, and ensure timely coordination of patient care. - Service Excellence
Manage patient feedback, support service recovery efforts, and uphold service standards. - Clinic Operations Support
Assist in daily clinic operations, administrative tasks, and workflow processes to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
