Job Description
- Lead the operational support, administration, and ongoing stability of a mission‑critical high value payment systems environment within a 24x7 enterprise setting
- Support and troubleshoot complex payment platform incidents, system events, production issues, and operational escalations in high‑availability environments
- Oversee release management, technical currency initiatives, upgrade planning, and operational governance processes across critical systems
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external service providers to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence
