Job Description
Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring payroll processing, audit and validation are in place ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for large groups of employees. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage complex payroll cycles, audit payroll data, calculate necessary adjustments, and handle tax compliance.
Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy & Auditing: Conduct reconciliations and perform payroll audits to confirm compliance with internal controls and legal regulations
- Process, tools and system Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement new procedures, and enhance overall efficiency
- System Management: Utilize both manual and advanced payroll systems to manage payroll data and generate reports
