Job Description

Work Setup: Hybrid (Required 2 weeks onsite during onboarding and training)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare payroll including deductions, redundancies and declaration of PAYG Withholding for large withholders.
  • Prepare and process payday superannuation.
  • Processing and collating supplier invoices for payment.
  • Prepare month end processes including journals for depreciation, prepayments, accruals, and intergroup invoices.
  • Prepare business bank account reconciliations.
  • Prepare month end workpapers to reconcile all accounts.
  • Prepare business activity statements and instalment activity statements.
  • Prepare payroll tax returns for all states.
  • Manage clients directly where possible in respect of the collection of information, queries and delivery of month end accounts.
