Work Setup: Hybrid (Required 2 weeks onsite during onboarding and training)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare payroll including deductions, redundancies and declaration of PAYG Withholding for large withholders.
- Prepare and process payday superannuation.
- Processing and collating supplier invoices for payment.
- Prepare month end processes including journals for depreciation, prepayments, accruals, and intergroup invoices.
- Prepare business bank account reconciliations.
- Prepare month end workpapers to reconcile all accounts.
- Prepare business activity statements and instalment activity statements.
- Prepare payroll tax returns for all states.
- Manage clients directly where possible in respect of the collection of information, queries and delivery of month end accounts.
