Senior Payroll Manager

• Partner closely with the Vice President, Finance, to drive the strategic, tactical, and operational direction of Payroll, including day-to-day management of departmental and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify payroll-related opportunities and issues, proactively developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure recommendations and decisions are grounded in strong analytics, data, and business insights.
• Clearly define, communicate, and execute the pathway from strategy through implementation to successful delivery.

Payroll Operations & Compliance

• Execute and oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive resolution of omissions, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
• Manage monthly and annual payroll remittances, filings, and reconciliations in compliance with all applicable government and regulatory requirements.
