Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • 人事薪资信息系统的数据维护
  • 月度薪资计算和发放；个人所得税申报；奖金计算
  • 社保、公积金事务及公司福利日常管理
  • 负责准备每月薪资报表和各类人事报表
  • 制作月度HR KPI报表及各类客户化分析报告
  • 上级安排的其它任务

    • Requirements:

  • 本科学历
  • 大学英语六级以上
  • 优秀的Excel应用能力（有编程能力者优先）
  • 优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑能力
  • 良好的协作和沟通能力
  • 3年以上大型企业薪资给付/数据分析相关工作经验
  • 工作地点:江苏昆山
