Responsibilities
- Manual calculation and payment of benefits
- Production of reports
- Efficient handling of correspondence, e‑mail and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third‑party institutions
- Assisting with scheme renewal queries and issuing benefit statements as required
- Performing calculations and communication of pension increases
- Undertaking general checking and peer review responsibilities for less experienced team members
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of DB pension arrangements
- Awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements
- Experience using the Profund oPen administration platform
- Ability to work as part of a team
- At least 2 years recent experience in occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting/TPA background
- DPC/QPA/RPC qualification preferable but not essential
