Job Description

The Senior People Partner is a critical leadership role, providing strategic and operational HR and IR partnership to General Managers and senior leadership across the business. Leading a team of HR Business Partners, this role drives consistent, high-impact people outcomes across our mining division and locations, while partnering closely with the People Partnering Lead to shape organisational capability, workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, and commercially aligned people initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Partner with General Managers and SLTs to deliver strategic HR/IR advice, shaping workforce strategy, organisational design and capability outcomes.

Lead, coach and uplift a team of HR Business Partners to drive consistent, commercially focused people partnering across the business.
