Responsibilities
- Integrates engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules into the overall project schedule and manages the schedule interface with internal partners.
- Reviews tender documents including detailed review of the Instructions to tenders, scope of work, key contract dates, project milestones.
- Establishes the bid schedule and communicates with various departments e.g., Engineering, Procurement & Other department to get proposal inputs.
- Generates schedule on project management software Primavera (P3.1, P6.2) & Microsoft Project for different kind of Projects for bid proposal up to Level-5 e.g., Onshore & Cross-Country pipeline, offshore platform, refinery expansion, material handling, power plant and tankage.
