Purpose of the job
- Leading the onsite team to meet development schedule and quality requirements.
- Oversee the entire product development cycle and collaborate between the internal development team, Program Management, and suppliers/factories.
- Ensure components delivered by our suppliers meet our quality and reliability requirements.
- Manage project transfer from overseas to the Philippines

- Develop and execute a viable schedule for new products based on inputs from Sales & R&D.
