This Senior Project Manager will lead complex, large-scale commercial projects through full lifecycle delivery—owning outcomes from early planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and closeout. The role is accountable for building project plans, guiding cross-functional teams, tracking progress against schedules and budgets, and proactively identifying risks to maintain momentum and quality. The SPM is expected to operate as a team lead, providing direction to project teams and, where applicable, managing project managers supporting the work.
A successful candidate is highly organized, confident navigating competing priorities, and skilled at building trust with stakeholders through clear communication, strong follow-through, and disciplined reporting. This position also drives process improvement by strengthening project controls, applying modern tools/ways of working, and raising delivery standards across the portfolio.
