- Align project outcomes with strategic objectives and maintain adherence to PMO standards.
- Direct comprehensive planning and execution of all projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and proactively managing potential risks.
- Deliver projects within time, scope, and budget.
- Systematically track and analyze project performance against benchmarks, providing executive‑level reports and actionable recommendations.
