We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Portfolio Officer to join our Integrated Delivery division for a 12-month contract period. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and supporting a diverse real estate portfolio valued at over $2 billion. You will lead project coordination efforts, including planning, estimating, and monitoring activities to ensure successful contract completion, while delivering exceptional portfolio administration services aligned with organizational objectives. Reporting to the Manager, Property Transactions and Administration, you will oversee day‑to‑day property and lease administration activities, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous portfolio optimization.
