Job Description: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing or operational processes to improve yield, quality, cycle time, and cost. Analyze process performance using data, statistical tools, and root cause analysis techniques. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process issues, deviations, and bottlenecks. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Select and qualify diamond tools based on material properties (ZnSe, Ge, Si, metals, polymers), and optimize feeds, speeds, and coolant usage to minimize tool wear. Establish and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process flow diagrams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain, ensuring processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
