Pre-Requisites
Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with substantial exposure to building and shipping consumer-facing digital products at scale.
Ownership & Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to independently lead end-to-end design initiatives — from problem framing and discovery to execution and post-launch impact. Experience mentoring junior designers and elevating team craft through structured feedback.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio that reflects depth of thinking — showcasing how you’ve translated ambiguous problem spaces into scalable user experiences through research, systems thinking, and iterative design.
Design Systems Thinking:
