Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of technical or platform products in fintech, SaaS, or other regulated environments
Demonstrated experience setting and executing multi-year product strategy, particularly for infrastructure or shared services platforms
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions around APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, and system architecture trade-offs
Experience operationalizing global consumer data protection and privacy requirements within product design and engineering systems
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across engineering, compliance, legal, and business teams in ambiguous environments
Experience leading at least one large-scale migrations or platform transformations, with clear outcomes and measurable impact
