Hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage a deep understanding of our customers, business strategy, and KPIs to define and drive the vision for advertiser experience and capabilities used by Wayfair suppliers.
  • Own roadmap planning and manage execution with dedicated Engineering, Machine Learning Science, Experience Design, and Analytics teams.
  • Influence leaders across Commercial and Global Supplier Tech to drive supplier success, predictability, and trust while influencing our go to market strategy across Supplier Advertising.
  • Use a combination of user experience and data science to optimize our portfolio to improve supplier outcomes, grow advertiser participation, and increase ad spend.
