Senior Production Engineer

About this opportunity Cenovus Energy and the Foster Creek team are seeking a Senior Production Engineer/Technologist to play a key role in optimizing the performance of one of North America’s leading SAGD operations. In this position, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to drive production growth, maximize reserve recovery, and improve steam efficiency across approximately 50 SAGD well pairs. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and technically strong engineer to influence both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver operational excellence.
