Lutron Electronics is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Humacao, Puerto Rico. This leadership role is responsible for driving production performance and ensuring operational excellence across assigned manufacturing areas.In this position, you will lead and develop production teams while executing plant goals and objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.The Senior Production Supervisor is accountable for planning, coordinating, and optimizing people, materials, and processes to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and operate within budget, while supporting continuous improvement across the production environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop production teams to achieve key performance objectives, including safety, people development, execution to schedule (ETS), quality, scrap reduction, efficiency, and utilization.
