The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields and proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing production, diagnosing issues, and providing technical support. This full-time position is onsite in Laguna, Philippines, with bonus and benefits including HMO and 13th Month Pay.
