Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and oversee comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and execution plans for precision engineering programs.
Work closely with NPI, production, and quality assurance teams to achieve defined project goals and deliverables.
Track project execution and proactively address technical issues and operational challenges as they arise.
Apply technical knowledge in precision engineering processes such as CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology.
Supervise prototype development activities and ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability.
Perform feasibility analysis and risk evaluations for high-precision components and systems.
Ensure compliance with stringent quality requirements and tight tolerance standards typical in precision engineering.
