We are currently searching for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our family at Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC)! As a Senior Program Leader, you’ll utilize your expertise and knowledge to contribute to the ongoing efforts of Toronto Community Housing to improve the neighborhoods and lives of residents of Toronto.

This year, Senior Program Leaders (SPL's) will play a key role in supporting on‑ground communication and data collection to inform updates to TCHC's Youth Strategy. SPL's will engage directly with tenants across TCHC communities to gather insights, perspectives, and lived experiences of youth and families. This will include conducting surveys, attending focus groups, and completing lobby intercepts to ensure a broad range of input.
