The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Senior Program Manager position. This role requires on-site presence five (5) days per week and provides strategic leadership for major construction and rehabilitation programs within the Parliamentary Precinct under the Long‑Term Vision and Plan (LTVP). The Senior Program Manager ensures a coherent and integrated approach to the planning and delivery of multiple complex, interrelated projects, oversees a team of project managers and subject‑matter experts through the planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases, and engages stakeholders, plans resources, manages risks, and presents to senior management.
