• Leads and supports a team to achieve results.
• Provides overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining the organization’s software development efforts.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (country-specific, state-specific, and local laws and regulations) and their implications for PGC business; understands frameworks such as Lean, ISO, ITIL, etc.
• Conducts analysis, design, planning, and implementation using a comprehensive approach to ensure successful development and execution of strategy.
• Defines and agrees on the scope of PGC’s deliverables for specific processes, considering PGC’s strengths and capabilities (people, process, technology), client relationships, and client requirements.
