Job Description
Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior PCO role for their team with a contract of 12 months which is renewable. This role 1-2 days a week in the office for their Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assist PMs & Scrum master's in project planning, scheduling, and tracking using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Financial Management: Track and reconcile budgets, analyze variances, and manage project financials.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain SharePoint records, manage status reports, and prepare executive-level presentations.
Meeting Support: Take minutes, log action items, and ensure timely follow-ups for key meetings.
Required Skills
5+ years of previous PCO experience (preferably good PCO exp, managing different projects)
Strong experience with managing project financials
General understanding of accounting practices
