Senior Project Engineer

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Civil and Fit‑Out projects, maintenance and on‑demand requests. Dealing with client, contractors and service providers, reporting progress, planning and mitigation of risks to ensure that the projects and work orders are delivered in line with client expectations/brief, in terms of time, cost and quality.

• Co‑ordinate with the contractors, project designers, suppliers and contractors and be responsible for planning the overall project completion, including overseeing the ordering of materials and contractors via payment requests and purchase orders, in line with company procurement rules, to ensure the various elements of the project are planned to meet the key milestones and achieve overall completion.
