5 Days per week, Condo projects

Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a condominium development project. This role ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the condominium project from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and statutory submissions
  • Lead site meetings and coordination meetings with stakeholders
  • Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and shop drawings
