Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a condominium development project. This role ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the condominium project from inception to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and statutory submissions
- Lead site meetings and coordination meetings with stakeholders
- Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and shop drawings
