Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Design Manager with a history of engineering design of facilities to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work within a talented and supportive team and take a lead role in key building projects. Role accountabilities

Direct and manage project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration, effort and cost, create detailed project plans and manage change requests Lead the design of multidisciplinary projects Manage the design of building projects from start of design to completion of construction Ensure on time and within budget performance Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, attend construction meetings, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design spec...
