Principal responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale workshops to translate complex business drivers, imperatives, and vision into high-level Operating Models that align with the future state Business Architecture. You will also be expected to take initiative in researching new ideas, assessing their impact, value, and risks, and promoting wider industry developments and functional best practices during engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Define programme/portfolio strategy and influence stakeholders to agree on budget, schedule, and resources to deliver scope. Work with Senior leadership across Business, Technology and Operations to define and deliver large scale/ organization wide programs in support of the Value Stream backlog, evolving the team culture to deliver on the roles and responsibilities within a Value Stream, in alignment with the Value Stream operating model.
