Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Proposals: Creating and getting internal/client approvals for SOWs (statements of work) in response to client billable Work Order requests within established SLAs.
  2. Project Scoping: Own the change management to scope.
  3. Estimation: Lead and review the estimation activities considering organizational / unit Quality & Productivity goals.
  4. Resource Planning: Arrange plans for different resources and liaison with required groups. Make sure project team members are allocated accurately.
  5. Scheduling: Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes.
  6. Risk Planning/Mitigation: Create a risk management plan identifying the risks and execute mitigation steps.
  7. Project Tracking, Control & Report: Assign work, track the project scope. Review and control all the project phases to ensure on time and within budget delivery.
