Responsibilities

:

  • The role will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  • A key aspect of the position will involve managing and coordinating external implementation partners, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business requirements.

  • To be considered, candidates must possess extensive project management experience within payroll environments, particularly involving SAP ECC Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and geographies.

  • Implements rigorous project control mechanisms to ensure project remains on track.
