Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Business Systems PMO, the Senior Project Manager – Operations is responsible for the planning and delivery of complex, cross‑functional Operations projects that support company and corporate objectives. These initiatives may include process improvement programs, operational productivity initiatives, digital operations enablement, and compliance‑related efforts.
Responsibilities
- Project planning & governance
- Plan and manage multiple projects by leading business case qualification, defining scope, schedule, resources, risks, and cost.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation.
- Apply standard project management, Visual Project Management (VPM), and continuous improvement tools to improve delivery effectiveness.
