Job Description
·Led and managed end-to-end R&D projects and product delivery in smart and sustainable advanced manufacturing, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation from concept to completion.
·Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
·Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
·Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams
·Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges
