This senior leadership role will take ownership of the full pre-construction phase across complex commercial fit-out projects, from early client engagement and bid strategy through to design coordination, pricing, procurement planning and project commencement.

Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams, you will play a key role in positioning projects competitively while ensuring they are commercially robust and operationally set up for successful delivery outcomes.
