Responsibilities
- Execute projects according to specifications, budget, and timeline to achieve successful delivery.
- Establish and approve project objectives collaboratively with the Director to align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to resolve project-related issues efficiently.
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Engineers, and their representatives to address project concerns and ensure alignment.
- Identify training needs for project staff and organize appropriate training sessions, including on-site training, to enhance team capabilities.
- Review material and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Approve material requisitions within authorized limits to maintain project progress.
