Senior Project Manager - Property Development

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of development parcels outside the core Theme Park and the management of construction logistics across those parcels and the supporting public infrastructure within the Universal, Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC). The role leads all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with approved quality, operational, creative, and guest experience objectives. Working closely with third-party developers, contractors, consultants, public authorities, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager is accountable for project governance, budget and schedule management, commercial oversight, risk management, change control, and project reporting.
