Job Description
Working under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Senior Estimator’s essential functions include:
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates using remote inputs including photos, videos, 3D scans, and DocuSketch/Xactimate floor plans.
- Analyze digital documentation to develop detailed scopes of work across all required trades, interpreting 3D renderings and measurements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Validate scope against available data and request additional documentation where required, ensuring all estimates meet company standards, insurer requirements, and industry best practices.
