Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex, high-impact projects within MCPD.
- Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive project teams to meet milestones on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to established project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely, transparent status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
