Senior Project Surveyor

Overview

: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Project Surveyor on behalf of one of our clients, to join the building team within the Cambridgeshire Region. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Control the cost management for project and provide financial reporting regularly.

Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc. Ensure all required notices are issued in a timely manner.

Ensure that the financial position of a construction project is reported accurately and controlled effectively and is maintained throughout.

Play a key role in guiding and developing all project staff on commercial issues.
